QBP’s Frostbike kicked things off back in February. It was a great show and good to see so many friends. We’ve been unveiling our POP plans with our new slatwall planogram and a few other POP goodies. We plan to have a kit available through our distributors sometime this summer. We’ll have more updates here, so check back regularly!

After Frostbike, it was off to California for the Team Tibco training camp in Santa Barbara and a bunch of distributor and shop visits. We visited the KHS offices and met with Allen Needle and Galen Burk of Giant USA. We also made a few visits to some great So Cal shops including: Irvine Bicycles, Bike Religion, Incycle, Banning’s Bikes, Stan’s Monrovia Bicycle, and Laguna Beach Cyclery. Don’t you wish they had mountain biking as a high school sport when you were a kid?

The lucky kids of San Ramon Valley High School Mountain Bike Team have a great racing league out in California and they ride Kinetic trainers in the winter when the rainy season hits full force. The high school league racing season started last week with over 580 racers in the Division 1 League. San Ramon has the 2nd largest team with over 40 racers! The team placed 6th in the Division 1 race. We’ll be keeping an eye on them this year. Good luck everyone!

EXCITING NEWS! Team Ergon will be riding Kinetic Road Machine trainers in 2010 at selected events, expos and shows. Look for Team Ergon and their Kinetic trainers at some of the top marathon and endurance MTB events in North America this year.
